Request for Revise Appraisal‏

Dear Sir,

I am glad to hear that my request for appraisal has been considered and revealed with positive response.

Sir, but I am disappointed to know that the my salary has been increased merely Rs. 2000/-  is below my expectation which made dissatisfied me to feel that am I contributing sufficiently to our organization.

Sir, my current pay is Rs. 18000/- been working since 16months as I expected with the increment of at least Rs. 23000/- which will support to bear the cost of living and will improve me to ascent from the current state.

Sir, If you feel that my job position/me is not deserve to gain the cost as stipulated above, then I am willingly to take any new responsibilities related to my job position.

Hence, I request you to reconsider and revise my appraisal.

Once again hoping for your kind attention and favorable consideration.
